BD Matboard Shipping Policy

Shipping within the Continental United States

  • All orders less than 150 pounds will be shipped via FedEx Ground.
  • Any order exceeding 150 pounds will be shipped via Yellow Transportation.

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii

  • To place an order to Alaska or Hawaii please contact us with your name, company or organization, and telephone number. We will then contact you directly to place your order and to coordinate shipping accordingly.

Shipping Outside the United States

  • To place an order outside of the United States please contact us with your name, company or organization, and telephone number. We will then contact you directly to place your order and to coordinate shipping accordingly.

Damage Claims and Returns

  • Damage claims in transit must be made with the transportation company directly.
  • Returns are only accepted with prior authorization of BD Matboard, within 10 days of receipt of order.
